"This was the greatest, especially if you have kids. The supply of beach toys and pool toys was an amazing addition, as we flew in and couldn’t bring much. Plus beach chairs and umbrellas, towels, etc! Everything you didn’t know you needed!!The location was perfect, the house was beautiful, and we could park in the garage. Quiet neighborhood… and everywhere we wanted to go, from Naples to Fort Myers, was only 20–30 minutes away. was plenty big for my 7-year-old and the depth is nice for adults. Good selection of pool toys and beach accessories. Nearby beaches are lovely and there are numerous locations to

Sigrun was very communicative, and even though she's in Germany, we spoke on the phone, emailed, and texted. Her local manager Kathy was easy to get a hold of as well and eager to assist. Beds
were comfortable, towels were plush, and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. It turned out to be an ideal pandemic get-away and definitely a great value. We highly recommend!”

“We had a great time. We were not greeted by the management or even contacted by them at all, but the owner was very responsive, attentive, and accommodating
for any minor issues. Sigrun was so amicable and sweet. The location and home were perfectly described with zero misrepresentations. They had everything available for any circumstances — for a
day at the beach there were chairs and an umbrella, pool toys and rafts, a pool guard for infants, and even storm barriers if you were there at not quite the best time. A garage door opener,
keyless door entry, and wireless remote AC made the home comfortable upon our arrival. There were no TVs in the bedrooms, and although at first we were surprised, we quickly discovered there was
no need for them. The home set up is divided with common areas in the middle, the master bedroom and bath to the left, and the remaining rooms to the right, which allowed for privacy if
needed.
All in all, a very enjoyable and relaxing vacation. We found this to be a super value for what we paid and what we received. We are glad we chose this home and highly recommend it to others. The
hospitality was wonderful — Sigrun was extremely detailed and organized and made the process so very easy. Take our advice, we are sure you will not be disappointed.”
